Deposits, Cancellations and Early Return Policy
Olivet is a small facility, often operating at capacity for weekends, holidays and peak travel times. To offer the highest level of individualized care, we staff accordingly. No-shows and last minute cancellations affect us greatly; therefore, deposits are required. We realize that plans change, so should you cancel your reservation, keep in mind that your payment is not directly refundable and the following policies apply:
Cancellations and Reservation Changes:
> More than 7 days’ notice: deposit held on account, minus $70-75 fee
> Less than 7 days’ notice: deposit forfeited
> Less than 3 days’ notice: charged for full stay
> 2 days’ notice required to shorten stay to avoid full charge
Thanksgiving and Christmas* Cancellations and Reservation Changes:
> More than 14 days’ notice: deposit held on account, minus $140-150 fee
> Less than 14 days’ notice: deposit forfeited
> Less than 7 days’ notice: charged for full stay
> 7 days’ notice required to shorten stay to avoid full charge
* Thanksgiving 5 night min/Christmas 7 night min
Check in and Check Out Times
Mon-Fri: 8-11:30am and 1-6pm
Sat: 8-11am and 2-6pm by appt
Sunday: 2-6pm by appt
Closed on major holidays
Daycare charge incurred only if checking out after 11:30am
Rates and Reservations
New Client Evaluation: $70* (includes overnight stay)
Boarding Rate: Starts at $70 per night*
Deluxe Boarding Cottage: $110 per night** $70 per additional dog
Daycare Rate: $46 per day
Intact Males*
Females in heat: We are unable to accept females in heat
*Rates for specialized care due to health, behavior, intact or other start at $75 per night.
