A Stay-cation for Your Dog
As a guest at our 5-Bone Rated resort, dogs enjoy a comfortable stay with plenty of exercise and loving, professional care. In your absence, we treat your dog like one of our own.
Good things to know when booking a stay-cation:
While you’re away, Fido will be housed in the comfort of our clean, climate-controlled accommodations. Each unit has a covered outdoor area where your dog can relax during the day, protected from the elements. Indoors, there’s a cozy, plush bed to curl up in. Sorry, no bedding from home is permitted.
Fun and Frolic
Dogs get plenty of exercise at Olivet. They can romp and play in small, supervised groups or if it better suits them, they may have an exercise yard and enrichment items to themselves. Either way, your pooch gets an abundance of exercise and TLC.
Chow Time
We encourage you to provide all food items for your dog’s stay in order to eliminate intestinal distress. Please bring food packaged in baggies or a lidded container. No paper bags or large containers, please. If needed, Olivet serves a nutritionally balanced, high quality kibble at $3.50/meal. At check-in, we note your feeding instructions and make every attempt to maintain the routine your dog is accustomed to.
Favorite Toy
Ok, you can bring Fido ‘s favorite chew toy or plush animal, but just one, which we’ll label with your dog ‘s name. For safety reasons, we are unable to accept small toys and favorites treats. And, while we make every effort to return toys in the condition they arrived, we are not responsible for lost or destroyed belongings.
Got Shots?
All canine campers must be current with these vaccinations :
> DHPP (Distemper booster)
> Bordetella (Canine cough)
> Rabies
> Canine Influenza
Please provide written proof from your veterinarian verifying the status of your dog’s shots.
Medications
If your dog is on medication, our staff will administer doses following doctor’s orders. Please bring the meds in original packaging with the instructions clearly labeled. Administration of 3-4 medications please add $5/night and for 5 or more medications add $10/night.

Should your dog require emergency
medical attention while a guest at Olivet, we will make every effort to contact you and visit your veterinarian . If that ‘s not feasible , we will take your dog to our trusted vet.
Owners are responsible for all medical fees incurred, plus a $100 transportation charge per trip.
Just-in-case Phone Numbers
In case of emergency, it is imperative that we have a phone number where we can reach you. Or, we’ll need the name and contact information of someone other than your veterinarian who can make decisions on your dog’s behalf.
Serenity Zone
In order to maintain the peaceful ambiance, excessive and disruptive barking is discouraged. We use a variety of humane methods to control barking including enrichment activities and group play.

Deposits, Cancellations and Early Return Policy
Olivet is a small facility, often operating at capacity for weekends, holidays and peak travel times. To offer the highest level of individualized care, we staff accordingly. No-shows and last minute cancellations affect us greatly; therefore, deposits are required. We realize that plans change, so should you cancel your reservation, keep in mind that your payment is not directly refundable and the following policies apply:
Cancellations and Reservation Changes:
> More than 7 days’ notice: deposit held on account, minus $65-70 fee
> Less than 7 days’ notice: deposit forfeited
> Less than 3 days’ notice: charged for full stay
> 2 days’ notice required to shorten stay to avoid full charge
Thanksgiving and Christmas* Cancellations and Reservation Changes:
> More than 14 days’ notice: deposit held on account, minus $130-140 fee
> Less than 14 days’ notice: deposit forfeited
> Less than 7 days’ notice: charged for full stay
> 7 days’ notice required to shorten stay to avoid full charge

New Client Evaluation: $65* (includes overnight stay)
Boarding Rate: Starts at $65 per night*
Deluxe Boarding Cottage: $110 per night** $70 per additional dog
Daycare Rate: $42 per day
*Rates for specialized care due to health, behavior, intact or other start at $70 per night.
